SDRAM work three times faster than FPM (fast page mode)RAM, If you compare with EDO RAM obviously two times faster on it. SDRAM actually synchronizes itself with the CPU's bus and is capable of running at 133 MHz, and BEDO(bee-doh ram) DRAM. SDRAM is replacing EDO ( Extended Data Out ) DRAM in many newer computers.
