CPU USAGE TOO HIGH XP can couse your Pc slow

Some applications or viruses on our PC's have, at times, a CPU consumption than the average. The cpu usage too high  can couse your PC performance slows all processes in the background and the PC does not respond at times. So the question is, how to receive an alert when there is Cpu usage too high and what programs are causing this high CPU consumption? You can view resources by going to Windows Task Manager but here Resload Notifier, sw portable XP, Vista and Windows 7, does a better job. useful to checking  running processes and get an alert whenever CPU utilization reaches a specified value. You can also select what will happen after the application display the notice: nothing or close it.
