Amd E-Series Processor Toshiba Satellite C655D

Amd E-Series Processor C655D is already on sale for several months with AMD Danube, but by technological innovations presented at the fair in Las Vegas, this notebook will soon be upgraded to AMD Brazos while retaining its entry-level position in the market. Not surprisingly, therefore, the Toshiba Satellite C665D (Brazos) will be provided of the new APU Zacate E-240 at 1.5GHz, single core version.

The graphics component is assigned to a chip in the APU, AMD Radeon HD 6310M 500MHz and is compatible with DirectX 11, while the data storage space on a hard drive has a capacity of 320GB. The system is complete with 4GB of DDR3. Display 15.6-inch WXGA HD TrueBrite glossy 1366x768 pixel webcam with microphone, DVD burner, 802.11n WiFi module. Like the current version, also updated Toshiba notebooks will integrate only 2 USB 2.0 ports, one VGA, Ethernet and audio jacks.

Toshiba Satellite C655D Brazos weighs 2.5 kg, measuring 383.5 x 279 x 28-38 mm and integrates Windows 7 Home Premium. Its range is about 6 hours announced. As you may have noticed from its data sheet, this Satellite does not stand out on the market for its best performance, but because of its aggressive price. Toshiba it should be marketed at a cost of $ 399, probably 399 euros in the Old Continent.
